Bella Ragazza

Bella Ragazza started in the middle of my winter break, a day after Christmas. I was scrolling through Instagram when I was hit with that R&B flavor out of nowhere. I can’t exactly remember what song I heard, I just knew I had to make an R&B song.

While putting down the chords and choosing the sounds that would become “Bella Ragazza,” I remember knowing exactly who the perfect singer would be. I had already promised a song to Nina, and this fit her vibe perfectly. After that, it was all about finding the right message and melodies, which turned out to be a breeze when working with Nina. We finished half of the lyrics in our first session, and it kept going from there. Later on, I bumped into Josh Espiritu, who absolutely vomited a guitar solo on me in five minutes and ran off. I later recorded Josh Mayberry on drums and Mason Michael on bass, as well as harmonic composition from MacKenzie Stiles.

Getting this song mixed was a task, but alas, Stieve Dell’Aquila delivered. Overall, this song was a delight to make, and I hope it reaches its audience.
